Making A Purchase


Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.


We accept credit and debit card payments online and cheque payment (UK only). If you are shopping from Ireland, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to Euros.

Please note, goods cannot be despatched until payment has been received in full.

Payment by credit debit card is taken at the time of ordering. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. Shipping And Handling


UK ORDERS:

Delivery is charged at £2.95 for standard delivery within the UK

Most orders are despatched within 1-2 working days, and are sent through Royal Mail tracked parcel delivery. Larger orders may require a signature on delivery.

Please allow a total of 5 working days for UK delivery.


IRELAND ORDERS

Shipping is charged based on weight for air mail delivery to Ireland. You will be able to see the total of your order including shipping before you are asked to confirm your order. Orders are normally despatched within 1-2 working days, and delivery usually takes up to 7 days.

Some orders may be split and shipped in more than one parcel.

Delivery Schedule

All orders are usually processed and despatched within 2 working days (our working days are Monday - Friday).



DAMAGED GOODS
You must inform us within five working days from receipt if the goods are missing or damaged in transit. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

Tax Charges For orders made from, or for delivery to the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
